Magnetic prospection was carried out in Varaždinske Toplice in Varaždin County to investigate remains of the Roman settlement of Aquae Iasae. The survey aimed to locate structures linked to the Roman baths, a nearby road, and rural buildings.

The magnetic data revealed two main areas of archaeological interest: a cluster of burnt-material anomalies, likely representing Roman ovens or kilns, and a central building complex measuring about 35 × 24 m, interpreted as part of a villa rustica with associated farm and craft installations. These results confirm earlier assumptions and allow the Roman villa complex to be precisely located, providing new insight into the organisation of the ancient settlement.
