A ground-penetrating radar (GPR) survey was carried out in the park of Kraljice Katarine Kosača in Osijek. The investigation focused on locating Roman structures linked to the ancient colony and castrum of Mursa, building on earlier excavations and surveys.

Covering approximately 1,700 m², the GPR measurements revealed subsurface features at depths of around one metre, although modern disturbances and utilities limited interpretation. Despite these challenges, the results confirm the potential of geophysical methods in this urban setting.

Magnetic and GPR measurements had already been carried out in various parts of the Roman colonia between 2018 and 2020. Despite significant modern overbuilding, the data provided insights into the development of the Roman settlement on the Drava River.
