Veleia was a Roman town in Hispania. Its ruins are located in the municipality of Iruña de Oca, 10 kilometres west of Vitoria, the capital of the Basque Autonomous Community in Spain.

The town was founded in the 8th century BC during the Late Bronze Age. Romanization started in the 1st century AD. At the end of the 5th century AD, the site was abandoned.
