Early Bronze Age site of Cerić-Plandište

Magnetic prospection was carried out at three archaeological sites in the vicinity of Vinkovci in Vukovar-Srijem County, Croatia. The Plandište site, located east of Vinkovci and considered to be the largest Kostolac cultural group site in Croatia, was investigated (13.5 hectares). Two more sites were covered by magnetic measurements: the Roman site of Jarmina-Kamenica, northwest of Vinkovci, where the remains of a Roman building complex were suspected; and the prehistoric site of Jelac, southwest of Otok.
